How do I book a consultation or telehealth session with you?
Therapy is most effective when the relationship between client and therapist is trusting and genuine. For this reason, I offer a free 15 minute consultation as a way to ensure we are a good fit prior to starting therapy. You can book the consultation directly with me here on my website, send me an email, or call to set up a session.
What online therapy platform do you use?
I use Simple Practice video which is a HIPPA compliant and fully secure for teletherapy use throughout the state of California. You can either use your computer’s internet browser or download the “Simple Practice” app onto your smartphone. Both are easy to use and require minimal information on your end.
Do you take insurance?
I am happy to provide you with a monthly statement that you can submit for reimbursement if your plan has out of network reimbursement. However, I am not in network with any insurance companies.
How will our virtual therapy sessions work?
Once we connect and find a time and day that works for both our schedules, I will send a secure link for our video call on the morning of our session. Online therapy is consistent with in-person therapy when it comes to length of time (50 minutes), session content and how it is conducted. Payment will be completed after the conclusion of each session.
