Psychodynamic Therapy In Los Angeles

My specialized training from the Los Angeles Institute and Society for Psychoanalytic Studies (LAISPS) has greatly influenced my clinical work and expanded my ability to incorporate psychoanalytic theory as it relates to the therapeutic relationship, child development, dream interpretation, and much more. While I ground myself in a Psychodynamic framework, I believe every client’s emotional needs are unique and will incorporate additional therapeutic approaches such as mindfulness based practices in order to meet my client’s individual needs. Understanding who you are and resolving the problems that bring you to therapy requires an insight-oriented framework, which is the foundation of Psychodynamic therapy. Together we will explore your past relationships so to better understand your present difficulties and create a meaningful and fulfilling future.
